Terms of use
This page is a placeholder. It is not a contract and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Do not rely on it until it is replaced with final terms.
The marketplace
Carzy connects shoppers with dealers and private sellers. Carzy does not own the cars listed here and is not a party to a sale unless a later agreement says so.
Listings and verification
A verified badge means the checks named on the listing were requested. It is not a promise that a car is safe, that a title is clear, or that a seller will complete a sale.
Accounts and payments
Paid listing products, if offered, are billed by the payment provider named at checkout. Fees, refunds, and taxes will be stated in the final terms.
